The entry form

The entry form we have been given is a Microsoft Word Document. Left click on the form and it will open a page that you can type on or, you can print out and and fill in out by hand.

When you click on the box it will most probably whizz down to the left of your screen as a small box with a blue Word logo on it.. Left-click on the box and the page will open... Because it is a Word document, you will see a yellow bar just above the document that says Enable Editing. Click the box and you can then type on the form.
